Digital Product Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads including:
– Digital photos and artwork
– Digital books and magazines
– Downloadable photography guides
Exceptions We will provide a full refund in the following cases:
– Technical issues preventing download (we will first attempt to resolve the issue)
– Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 24 hours)
– Product significantly different from description
